The 98th FRA and the 93rd Auxilliary, FRA National Convention will be held from 29 September to 02 October 2026, at The Orleans Hotel and Casino, 4500 W. Tropicana Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada. The hotel is located
4.4 miles from Las Vegas Airport. The hotel does not provide a free shuttle service. It will take around 8 minutes by car, taxi, or Uber from the airport to the hotel. The Committee is looking at renting vans for a shuttle service, stay tuned.
The Orleans Hotel and Casino is located just west of the world-famous “Las Vegas Strip” and offers a wide range of facilities. You will find 1886 rooms in the resort, including 56 suites, an 825-seat theatre, a 52-lane bowling center, nine restaurants, and 18-screen movie theater, and over 142,000 square feet of casino.
Group room rates are:
Single or double occupancy.
Sunday – Thursday, $101.69 (inclusive of room, resort fee and tax)
Friday – Saturday, $127.68 (inclusive of room, resort fee and tax
Triple Occupancy: Add $20.00 per night to the quoted rate.
Quad occupancy: Add $40.00 per night to the quoted rate.

Handicap rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who need to request an accessible room are advised to call the hotel when making reservations to confirm availability with our Reservations Dept. The hotel will make every attempt to accommodate special requests. The hotel cannot guarantee that special requests will be honored.
Upon check-in, the following items may be requested for a fee.
Refrigerator: $30.00 + tax per stay. Based on availability and limited to one per room.
Rollaway beds: $20.00 + tax per day. Rollaway beds can only be utilized in a king bedroom
type and are based on availability.
Scooter rentals are available at the Bell Desk. If a guest needs a power chair, those can be arranged, but the Bell Desk needs 24 hour notice as power chairs are supplied by a 3rd party.
