The 2026 Northwest Region Convention, hosted by FRA Bremerton Branch 29, will be held at the Baymont Inn and Suites in Bremerton, Washington, on August 6 – 9, 2026. The Baymont Inn and Suites by Wyndham is very excited to welcome Fleet Reserve Association Branch 29 in August 2026.

Rates: $110 plus tax per night with a temporary $50 Incidental hold.
The rooms are Single King Suites or Double Queen Rooms. Shipmates and individual guests need to call in to make a reservation at (360) 362-0549. Any rooms not claimed by August 1, 2026, will be released.
Payment Method: Shipmates and individual guests will need to provide a credit card to put on file as they check in. Credit card authorization can be provided to hold rooms, payment for rooms, and incidentals. Right now all rooms are being held by Branch 29’s president’s personal card and will be removed from it if not claimed by August 1, 2026.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
No Cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to check in date.
A Cancellation fee of 50% equal to one night room charge will be issued if reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to check in date.
A Cancellation fee of 100% of one night room charge will be issued, plus tax, for anything less that 14 days cancellation notice.
NO SHOW POLICY: The NO SHOW policy for the rooms reserved is 100% of one night room charge, plus tax.
