Public Relations:  This committee keeps copies of all news releases, advertisements, Letters to the Editor, branch newsletters, and all correspondence regarding any type of public relations throughout the year.  The keep track of any event our branch sponsored or participated in, any speaking engagements with documentation that includes the name of the speaker, topic, type of audience, and the name and date of the event/occasion; Radio/TV announcements.
