It was passed to me this week that Shipmate PRPNW John Carroll, Everett Branch #170 (RPNW 1990-91) Passed away on May 11th, 2015 with his Funeral on the 22nd. Here is a link to his Obituary
His wife, LAFRA PRPNW Kathleen passed away earlier this year in February.
Two bell ceremony will be held for him at the NW Regional Convention in September. NW Regional Branches are directed to drape their charter for the month.
